Lupa olla inhimillinen™ workday

Gather yourselves and encounter each other in a new way together!

The day offers a chance to strengthen togetherness and the vitality of the community and supports the integration of humanity into the workplace culture, providing an opportunity to develop both as a community and as individuals. The day offers insights and an opportunity to orient yourselves to the upcoming season in a new way, to learn new skills, and to reinforce existing ones.

A socially well-functioning community achieves good results, even in times of change.

During the Lupa olla inhimillinen™ workdays, as a work community, you are given permission to pause at the threshold of human culture through professional guidance, good food, and a calming environment, with a different renewing and restorative workday.

During the day, you will participate in various empowering workshops (with 18 theme options), addressing resourcefulness and work-life skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with others, depending on your choice.

Things that support the quality of work life and happiness.
